A Day Away...

is needed by many people these days. Come to Lial Renewal Center—a Sacred Space to Seek, Renew and Gather. Take a day away to be creative and enjoy peace and quiet in nature or inside our reflective space. Pack a lunch, take a walk, sit by the lake, in the chapel or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Let the day unfold and leave renewed. Call ahead, and a staff member will be waiting to greet you.

Finding Christ in the World...

is a twelve-week Ignatian Retreat. While inspiring introductions to the focus of your prayer each week are provided, as you live your ordinary daily life at home, there is real value in gathering weekly with a retreat director and others on the same journey to process the workings of God in you. As you spend time with God, you come to “see Thee more clearly, love Thee more dearly and follow Thee more nearly day by day.”

19th Annotation Experience...

follows the dynamic of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. It is a retreat in everyday life during which the retreatant sets aside a period of time daily for meditation on the Mysteries of the Life of Christ related to the mysteries of her/his own life. Accompanied on this journey by a retreat director, the retreatant processes the journey with the director individually weekly for approximately nine months. By the end of the retreat, the retreatant has come to a refreshing ability to find God’s presence in daily life.

Four-Day Silent Directed Retreats...

are offered for persons who desire to come away for the purpose of more dedicated silence and prayer along with the opportunity to receive guidance from a retreat director daily. Such a retreat opens the retreatant to a greater readiness to listen to God more deeply and to respond more fully to what God offers.

Day-Time Meeting Space...

allows parish staff or group members to get away during the work week for strategic planning, team-building, ministry formation or prayer and reflection…together. Groups may set their own agenda, or a staff member will be happy to help plan, organize and facilitate your group experience.
